  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  2. Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Return Pick-Up or Drop-Off – We will arrange a return pickup if available in your location, or you may need to ship the item back at your cost.

  • Refunds are not applicable, as we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to customer misuse.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Personalized or customized items.
